Fiona Moss is a Melbourne based dermal clinician, with over a decade of experience in the skin, beauty, and health industries. Fiona holds a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Bachelor of Health Science (Dermal Therapies), and Professional Diploma in Dermoscopy. She continues to hold an array of roles involving skin health, including clinical education with both tertiary institutions and consulting for an internationally recognised skincare company, as well as skin cancer assessments as a dermatoscopist. Fiona’s exposure to not only education but to the consumer within these roles has impacted her application in all skin treatments, including cosmetic tattoo, using techniques and practices that support the skin’s integrity, and are sustainable in that they can be maintained longterm. She was first exposed to cosmetic tattoo during the final year of her four year degree, where she undertook an elective unit in Post-Operative Micropigmentation for breast cancer survivors, gaining a thorough understanding of tattoo from a medical standpoint, further completing formally accredited training in cosmetic tattoo for nearly a year privately with one of Australia’s pioneers in cosmetic tattoo. Fiona has quietly gained a considerable reputation within the industry, frequently referred to by other healthcare practitioners as well as clientele traveling Australia wide to see her.
