We have a strict 14 day cancellation and rescheduling policy, and no refunds on deposits.
All appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 14 days forfeit their deposit. If you need to reschedule during this timeframe, please email hello@figmenttattoo.com.
Appointments adjusted or cancelled prior to 14 days before their appointment will have their deposit transferred to a new appointment, or held on their account as credit for 1 year.
Please ensure you have read all details prior to booking, as health and safety requirements that may prevent you from being able to have this service will not enable you to a refund of your deposit.
